| Solution | When it is not possible to log in to the Windows system using FortiAuthenticator Agent, ask for the FortiAuthenticator Agent logs after testing the credentials test as below:
Under Simulation, select 'Launch CredUI prompt' and press the 'Play' option. It will open a new pop-up window where the user can select the Domain and provide the user credentials to check whether the credentials are correct or not.
Once the user credentials are provided, results will be displayed. Select the 'View Log' option to view all the logs.
Some additional logs, related to FAC_Agent_Configuration, FAC_Agent_InstallUtility, and Service-Host, can be found under C:\Program Files\Fortinet\FortiAuthenticator Agent\log |
