| Solution | If the admin wants to enable proxy settings on FortiAuthenticator to communicate with FortiGuard services for the features SMS gateway, FortiToken Cloud, and FortiGuard, enable the Proxy settings as per the below screen capture:
Traffic logs on the Proxy device where the traffic is being allowed:
Proxy Policy:
Ensure to create a normal policy to allow DNS resolution for the FortiAuthenticator IP address on the Proxy device.
