Technical Tip: Hardware FortiTokens import via purchase order (bulk import)

Description

This article describes how to bulk import Hardware FortiTokens into FortiAuthenticator via purchase order instead of importing them manually one by one.

Scope

Hardware FortiTokens, FortiAuthenticator.

Solution

To bulk import Hardware FortiTokens into FortiAuthenticator from the same purchase order, follow the below steps:

1. Go to FortiAuthenticator GUI and select Authentication -> User Management -> FortiTokens.

2. Select + Create new.

3. Select 'FortiToken Hardware' and enable 'Add all FortiTokens from the same Purchase Order'.

4. Enter one of the serial numbers of the Hardware FortiTokens in the box next to 'Add all FortiTokens from the same Purchase Order' and select Save.
