Solution

KB1.jpg

By default, once an admin provisions the FortiToken to the user, the user has 1 hour to activate the FortiToken.
If the user did not activate the FortiToken within an hour time, the FortiToken Mobile activation will show expired status and the token needs to be provisioned again.

From v6.6.1 onwards, the token activation timeout value can be increased to up to 30 days, navigate to  Authentication -> User Account Policies -> Tokens -> Activation timeout.
