Technical Tip: FortiToken Mobile activation mail

This article describes how to solve an issue with the activation mail for FortiToken Mobile.
When you receive a FortiToken Mobile activation mail and click on the link in it, you will see a security notice and see that the letter “h” is missing in link:

Scope
FortiAuthenticator OS v4.0.0 GA Release.
Solution
1) Navigate in the GUI to: Authentication> Self-service Portal> Replacement Messages.
2) Select "FortiToken Mobile Activation Email Message".
3) Checking the existing messages raw html on the right to confirm existing links URL.
4) Add “3D” in front of “http” part: “a href=3D"http://docs.fortinet.com/fortitoken/” as in the following screen shot:
5) After this change you should be able to use the hyperlink normally in the FortiToken Mobile activation mail.
