Technical Tip: FortiAuthenticator remote user sync rule is not deleting users

This article describes when the remote user Sync rule is deleted and FortiAuthenticator gives the following warning 'Are you sure you want to delete the selected remote LDAP user synchronization rule? All the following items and their related references will be deleted'.

The warning may be misleading. It will delete the rule, but the User accounts will NOT be deleted.

Users can/have to be deleted manually, if required.
