Technical Tip: Configuring FortiToken Logos

Description

This article describes how to configure FortiToken Logos for the local/remote users.

Solution

Under the Authentication -> User Management -> FortiTokens -> Logos, it is possible to create new Logo for only newly provisioned FortiTokens.

It is possible to upload a PNG/TIFF/JPG image file with maximum size 320 x 320.

When a new Logo is created in the FortiToken mobile app, it is possible to specify FortiToken Logo under the Remote User Sync rule or under the local/remote user settings.

After the new FortiToken is reactivated into the mobile app, it is possible to see new FortiToken Logo.
