Solution

Below is the scenario:

FortiAnalyzer generates both Bandwidth and Application reports, and FortiFirewall Bandwidth and Application report.

Scenario 1 result:

FortiAnalyzer generates Bandwidth and Application reports, and the reports show the results.

Scenario 2 result:

FortiAnalyzer generates the FortiFirewall Bandwidth and Application report, and the report shows no matching log data for this report.

This is because inside FortiAnalyzer only has FortiGate device but not FortiFirewall device, therefore FortiGate logs information will only be able to show inside Bandwidth and Application report.
