Troubleshooting Tip: Failed to add FortiAI additional license into FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager
Description
This article describes how to troubleshoot failure to add a FortiAI additional license from the FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager Dashboard or in the Support Portal itself.

The following error shows in the Support Portal when registering: 'There is no matched product to apply this registration number, please check again'.

Scope
FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer v7.6.x and above.
Solution
Make sure to get the valid SKU for VM and VM-S of FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer:
- FortiManager VM -> FC(x)-10-M3004-1118-02-DD.
- FortiManager VMS -> FC(x)-10-FMGVS-1118-01-DD.
- FortiAnalyzer VM -> FC(y)-10-LV0VM-1118-02-DD.
- FortiAnalyzer VMS -> FC(y)-10-AZVMS-1118-01-DD.
x = range of device/virtual domains supported.
y = GB/day of logs.
DD = period of subscriptions (2 months or 1 year).
Troubleshooting:
Validate that the AI license contract is reflected in FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager using the below command:
diagnose fmupdate dbcontract
AISN-x-xx-xxxxxxxx <----- The AISN is the AI contract.
