Description


This article describes how to work with the TAC team regarding RMA. Sometimes, simply examining a configuration and topology is not enough for the Support Engineer to solve a technical issue. Remote management access and testing may be required by the Support engineer to detect and resolve the issue.

To facilitate this, all Fortinet hardware has the ability to allow remote management access.
