To generate this report, the IP Address can be obtained from Log View -> Logs -> Fortinet Logs -> Security: Web Filter:
Use one of the IP addresses in the source and fill it in the 'User or IP' field and select 'Apply':
FortiAnalyzer should return the report with tabulated data:
