Technical Tip: Forwarding local EVENT logs of FortiAnalyzer or FortiManager to another device
Description
This article explains how to forward local event logs from one FortiAnalyer or FortiManager to another one.
Scope
FortiAnalyzer v6.4 and above.
Solution
On the FortiAnalyzer:
- Navigate to System Settings -> Advanced -> Device Log Settings.
- Enable the checkbox for 'Send the local event logs to FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager'.
- Specify the IP address of other FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager devices, upload option and Security Level.
