Technical Tip: Explanations about log rate/log insert speed info in some FortiAnalyzer CLI commands

In some outputs of some FortiAnalyzer CLI commands, there is such log rate info:

diagnose fortilogd lograte

last 5 seconds: 5349.2, last 30 seconds: 3629.3, last 60 seconds: 3378.2

• The 'last 5 seconds: 5349.2' means that, in the last 5 seconds, the average log rate was 5349.2 logs/second:

diagnose test application sqlplugind 2

......

Log insert speed: logs/5sec: 7252.0, logs/60sec: 3475.3 Overall: 1518.7 (6087151834)

......

• The 'Log insert speed: logs/5sec: 7252.0' means that, in the last 5 seconds, the average log insert speed was 7252.0 logs/second.
• The 'Overall: 1518.7 (6087151834)' means that the total logs received on this FortiAnalyzer during the current uptime were 6087151834 logs, and the overall average log insert rate was 1518.7 logs/second.
