| Solution | When attempting to perform a system configuration backup before upgrading FortiAnalyzer, the backup icon was missing from the System Information Widget.
After switching to another administrator account with the Super_User profile (via System Settings → Administrator), the affected account is assigned to a specific profile named test.
Although the 'test' profile has all permissions set to 'Read-Write', the account is still unable to perform a system configuration backup.
This is expected behavior, as only accounts with the Super_User profile can perform a system configuration backup. |
