Troubleshooting Tip: Integration between FortiADC and FortiSandbox Cloud is not working

Description This article describes how to troubleshoot the connection between FortiADC and FortiSandbox Cloud.
Scope FortiADC.
Solution
  1. Integrate FortiADC with FortiSandbox Cloud: go to Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors -> FortiSandbox.

Select 'Cloud' then 'Login':

  1. Integration is not working:
  • Check the connectivity between FortiADC and FortiSandbox Cloud:

 

execute ping logctrl1.fortinet.com.geo.fortinet.net

  • Login to Fortinet support website -> Service -> Asset management and verify that the subscription is active:

  • Debug the connection between FortiADC and FortiSandbox Cloud:

 

diagnose debug module forticldd all
diagnose debug enable


Then log in at Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors -> FortiSandbox -> Cloud to initiate the connection and generate the logs.
