Troubleshooting Tip: FortiADC is not booting up with error 'Open boot device failed'

Solution
Step 1:
Reboot the FortiADC.
Press any key while being promoted with (Press any key to display configuration menu...).
Press F to format boot device. Then press B [Boot with backup firmware and set as default].
If the issue persisted with the same error, 'Open boot device failed', then proceed with step 2.
Step 2:
Connect FortiADC to a TFTP server and upload the firmware image to the TFTP server.
From the configuration menu (reboot, then press any key to display the configuration menu), press T (Initiate TFTP firmware transfer).
