Customer Service Tip: Login to Forticloud Support Portal IAM User

1. Visit www.support.fortinet.com  or www.forticloud.com

2. Enter the below credentials to 'LOG IN AS IAM USER'.

Primary Administrator User Login:

• Account ID/Alias: Enter User Account ID.
• Username: Enter the User login name.
• Password: Password generated.

IAM Sub User Login:

The Primary administrator of the account can set the user information during the IAM user account creation process:

• Account ID/Alias: Enter Primary administrator Account ID.
• Username: Enter the User login name used in account creation (Case Sensitive).
• Password: First-time login requires the Password Generated via the primary administrator. Please reach out to the primary administrator to obtain this password link.

3. If the IAM sub-user experiences issues logging in, the primary administrator of the account can log in to the support portal account and access the User page to select -> User to find the User profile information.

4. From the User page, Select SECURITY CREDENTIALS, this will allow the primary administrator to 'Generate Password' for any specific user.
5. Generate a Password, copy the link, and share it with the IAM sub-user to 'Reset Password'. This page will also allow the primary administrator to choose the Two Factor Authentication method.

6. IAM Sub user receives an email to reset the password or create a password. This email will also provide the login information for the IAM sub-user including the Username and Account ID which is required to log in.

7. Once the reset password is completed, continue to log in using IAM user credentials.
8. Enter the Security Code.

9. Select GO
10. Under Asset Management, Select Dashboard to continue using the Fortinet support portal.
