Solution

The 'expired SPA License' and 'FortiSASE subscription shown as expired on the FortiCloud Portal.

If licenses are no longer in use and are confusing the license management dashboard,  raise a Customer Service Ticket and request to remove the license status of 'expired SPA License' and 'FortiSASE subscription'.
